    New Helpdesk system is relased and available

    New Helpdesk system is relased and available at https://mms.magicmotorsport.com

    This advanced system is made by our development team in cooperation with Tech Support technicians to fit perfectly our customers needs.

    MMS is under continuous development, so you may find some functions added/removed. If you can’t find some information in this document, contact our Support Team using Ticket or Online Chat.

    Using this Helpdesk system (called: MMS) you are able to send and track Tickets similar way as in the  previous system, but we developed some awesome features as: automatic response to Activation & Licence requests, immediate ECU number recognition (now available for all Bosch control units on the market from 1990 up to today), etc.


    Services section will offer you access to several modules as: DPF OFF, ImmoOFF, HotStart, TPROT-OFF, CHK corrector etc. Most of them are handled automaticaly: processing of the requested service is transparent and you receive processed file on your PC in few seconds.

    You will find in this section also SLAVE Manager: you can manage your SLAVE files  directly de-crypting & crypting them without connecting MAGPro2 hardware.

    Next important section: Online Support. Here you can contact our Tech Support by  Online Chat.

    Call Us bookmark will head you to our Call Center or local tech-points phone numbers.

    Call Center and Chat Online are available in: English, Italian, Polish, German, French and Roumanian
    If you cannot handle some issues by yourself, you can ask for Remote Support session – our technicians will connect to your PC and help you to find & resolve configuration problems, if you are new customer, they can show you how to use our tools and suport system.
    When all our Staff is offline (most of our technical staff is located in Europe, so typically you can chat with them 9.00AM – 7.00PM CET) you can ask our Virtual Tech Assistant: Maggie.
    She know responses to most frequently asked questions and may be helpful if you desperately need support at 3.00AM.
    Maggie can help you to find a manual for specified ECU, give you a hand if you are stuck with soft or drivers installation or help you to recognize type of ECU if you know only ECU number.
    Be polite for Maggie!  Even if she is not real person and is located into our server’s cloud, Maggie is not a simple AI bot. She is using advanced algorithmic to parse all our databases, tickets responses, forums and other sources to offer the most accurate response to your questions. So, dont play with her as she may become nasty and helpless if you will make her mad.

    In Databases section you will find vehicle’s lists. You can filter lists by type of vehicle: car, bike, tractor, trucks etc and by type of the tool: MAGPro2 BASE, BDM, X17 etc.

    When you click on any listed vehicle, you will find useful information’s:
    -vehicle model, engine code etc
    -type of the tool you need to communicate with selected vehicle
    -available functions and file sizes (IROM/XROM/DFLASH/UNLOCK)
    -available services lists and related prices (for example: MOD-M price 12 coins = for selected car you can request MOD preparation, and you will pay it 12 RED coins),
    Articles database contains manuals section where you can find documents grouped by  TOOL or ECU. Most of the manuals are in PDF or video format.
    If you damaged ECU when opened jut look at ECU board section and find related photo. You can compare it with your damaged ECU and find the component you accidentally removed.
    If you don’t know ho to use some of your tools, find related folder and you will find list of video manuals available for selected tool.
    Bootloader pin-outs, tools manuals, How to… templates its only a part of documents you can find inArticles section.

    Next position in menu is: Settings. You can find there your personal data’s. You can change your password, check and extend account validity.

    Tools bookmark will show you list of your registered devices with related serial numbers. You will find there also two interesting buttons: Update and Activate.
    You need only click them and all installation and activation processes will be done automatically without inserting serial numbers etc.
    Other bookmark in Settings menu is named: Coins. It’s about payments.
    There are two type of coins used in MMS system: RED Coins and GREEN Coins.
    RED coins can be purchased by user anytime. 1 RED COIN = 10 euro (VAT excluded). They are typically used to pay MOD preparation services. They are used also for some special services as Bosch MEDC17 clonning etc.
    You can proceed with paymnts using Paypal, credit card and bank money trasfer. Paypal and credit card are handled immediatly and requested RED coins amount is granted to your account immediatly. If you choose bank money transfer, requested amount of RED coins will be added to your account when your payment will arrive to our bank account, so it take approx. 24-72h.
    GREEN COINS are used to pay for all other services (except of MOD Service and special services).
    Quantity of GREEN coins are automaticaly set to  30  first day of each month (this is processed by MMS system approx 1.00AM) for all active MASTER accounts.
    If you need more GREEN COINS  you can transfer RED COINS to GREEN COINS 1=1 using Coins Converter located in Settings menu, bookmark: Coins.
    Attention! GREEN coins cannot be converted to RED coins. They may be used only during current month.

    There are two ways to  find price of the specified service request:
    1. open Vehicle list and find requested vehicle. Then all Service Requests types will be listed with related price.
    2. open New Service Request of selected type, then before sending request to us, you will see price of selected service and type of the coins.

    Settings -> Files bookmark offer you your personal file server. You can save there your personal files, documents. You can create/rename/delete folders and files.

    Folder named Backup is reserved for system purposes (your tools may be set to automaticaly backup readouts to this folder).
